From Sunday lunches to citywide gatherings, here's how CONNECT is coming together this season.
All Church Sports Day
This is a rare chance for the whole church — every ministry, every generation — to be in the same place, on the same team. The goal is simple: get to know each other, cheer each other on, and care for the people around you. It's also a great event to invite friends who don't yet have a church community. CONNECT will field its own teams of 6-7 players. The more teams the merrier. Each player spot is NT$700, part of which goes directly to Angel Heart Foundation, supporting families and individuals with special needs. More details to come as we get closer to Sports Day.
There will be no 2:00 pm English service on Sunday, September 20. However, we encourage the Connect community to join our parent church at the 9:00 am or 11:00 am service on the 4th floor. Live Mandarin Chinese to English translation TBC.
New Sunday Service Time!
CONNECT is growing, and we've officially run out of room. To meet this moment, we're shifting our Sunday service from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM. We know change takes adjustment, and we're grateful for your grace through this transition. When the kingdom grows, we all win.
Alpha Retreat Day
Set against the hills of Yangmingshan with sweeping views of Taipei, the Alpha Retreat Day is a full-day space to explore faith together. The day moves through shared meals, tea breaks, worship, honest conversations, and prayer, including a dedicated time for us to pray over you. Open to all. A suggested contribution of NT$450 helps offset meals and venue costs.
Alpha: How Does God Guide Us?
One of the most personal questions in faith: how does God actually speak? Join us for the second-to-last session of this Alpha season over lunch after service. Whether you've been with us all season or this is your first time, you're welcome to pull up a chair.
Testimony Sunday + Easter
About once a quarter, we pause to hear how God is moving in our community. This time, it falls on Easter Sunday. Come ready for stories of faith, a message on the death and resurrection of Jesus, and what it means for all of us. This service will close with baptisms.
Pizza Party
On the last Sunday of every month, we gather over pizza to welcome newcomers and help everyone feel at home. It's low-key, it's fun, and the pizza is on us for all newcomers. Just show up hungry.
